Chelsea have confirmed they have completed the transfer of Willian, after the Brazilian was today granted a work permit. The 25-year-old has signed on a five-year deal from Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala for a reported £30million and will wear the number 22 shirt at Stamford Bridge.
"I'm very happy to be here, it's been a dream of mine to come and play here," the winger told the Chelsea website.
"Chelsea are one of the best clubs in the world, and now I'm going to play for one of the best managers in the world, so I'm very happy and looking forward to it."
This comes after the Blues pipped Tottenham to the signature of former Corinthians man who has been capped twice for Brazil.
