Gareth Bale came off the bench and played a key role in two goals in Real Madrid's hammering of Galatasaray in Istanbul as Cristiano Ronaldo struck his 21st hat-trick for the Bernabeu club.
Bale watched Isco, Karim Benzema and Ronaldo put his new club 3-0 up over the Turkish champions, before coming on and having a hand in the action.
First, the Wales winger's free-kick found its way to Ronaldo, who made no mistake and made it 4-0 for Carlo Ancelotti's side. He then slipped Ronaldo through, who rolled the ball to Benzema before the France striker doubled his tally.
