30 WAITWA KAMBINI TWIGA STARS


Kocha Mkuu wa Twiga Stars, Rogasian Kaijage ameita kambini kikosi cha wachezaji 30, wengi wao wakiwa vijana ikiwa ni mwendelezo wa programu ya kujenga timu hiyo. Kambi hiyo itakuwa jijini Dar es Salaam kuanzia Septemba 15 hadi 26 mwaka huu. Vijana wengi wamejumuishwa ikiwa ni hatua ya mwanzo ya kuandaa timu itakayocheza mechi za mchujo za Kombe la Dunia, Kanda ya Afrika kwa vijana wenye umri chini ya miaka 20. Kaijage amesema pamoja na malengo hayo kwa timu ya vijana, bado maana kubwa inabaki kuandaa Twiga Stars ili
iwe imara kwa ajili ya mashindano mbalimbali ya kimataifa. Amesema Twiga Stars haikabiliwi na mashindano yoyote mwaka huu, hivyo lengo ni kuijenga upya ndiyo maana haichezi michezo ya kimataifa ya kirafiki hadi itakapofika wakati wake. Utaratibu huo ulianza kuanzia kambi ya Machi mwaka huu, na ndio umezaa timu ya vijana wenye umri chini ya miaka 20 ambayo sasa itashiriki mashindano ya Kombe la Dunia.

Wachezaji walioitwa ni Amina Ally (Lord Barden, Pwani), Asha Rashid (Mburahati Queens, Dar es Salaam), Belina Julius (Lord Barden, Pwani), Donisia Daniel (Lord Barden, Pwani), Esther Chabruma (Sayari Queens, Dar es Salaam), Eto Mlenzi (JKT, Dar es Salaam) na Evelyn Sekikubo (Mburahati Queens, Dar es Salaam). Fatuma Bushiri (Simba Queens, Dar es Salaam), Fatuma Hassan (Mburahati Queens, Dar es Salaam), Fatuma Issa (Evergreen, Dar es Salaam), Fatuma Mustafa (Sayari Queens, Dar es Salaam), Fatuma Omari (Sayari Queens, Dar es Salaam), Flora Kayanda (Tanzanite, Dar es Salaam) na Gerwa Lugomba (Umisseta, Kanda ya Ziwa).
